La noix Cassée is situated in the heart of the Perigord Noir. We have transformed an old farmhouse into Bed and Breakfast rooms, a.k.a. Chambres d’hôtes de charme.
Each room has its own entrance, is different in style and has part exposed beams and stonewalls, all with an en-suite bathroom. The farm is situated near a typical small French village - Mauzens & Miremont. We are ideally situated to enjoy the rural calm and close to all the tourist attractions; chateaux, medieval villages, prehistoric caves and bastide towns.
Locally there is canoeing, tennis, horse-riding, golf, beautiful walks and cycle routes. Evening meals - Dine under the stars, sample the local delicacies prepared by Peter, an experienced chef.
